Hello World,
Welcome to the first of what will hopefully become regular blog posts. It seems that the last month was a very busy month for us here at the WotC, and we have some exciting news to share with you all.
Firstly, Best Night Light has been downloaded over 10,000 times! It’s our first app to reach this landmark figure, and it’s still climbing. If you haven’t already downloaded it, you should 😛 lol
There is an update planned for BNL, which will add a couple of new Lava lamp modes, updates the UI a little, and some other general bug fixes/updates to DMGT. More news of this to follow.
The next exciting news item is the nearing completion of our first actual game, Colour Name Quiz Advance. It’s passed a limited alpha testing period, whilst we waited for the last couple of features being coded and is now undergoing a further period of beta testing whilst we iron out all the creases.
The game is a simple quiz game, where your knowledge of colours and their names is tested to it’s limits in either of two exciting game modes. Against the clock, where every second counts and Electrocution, where the wrong answer loses you health. There are trophies to win and share with your Facebook friends
We are aiming to release this game on the Google play store for free at the end of June.
And that brings us to the third and final bit of news, Having completed CNQA (all bar a little bug bashing); the next project in the pipeline is Snakerunner!
Yes that’s right, everybody’s favourite “Snake, but in 3d with a spaceship” is coming to Android in the not too distant future. It’s too early in the project to speculate about release dates, but news will be posted here as it happens 🙂
And on that note I shall bid you farewell, as I tuck in to another delicious slice of home made banoffee pie and carry on hunting down bugs in CNQA, until next time
Peace x
